Client chat - In the home screen, the +bubble will collapse automatically only if some members in the list are online

Description

1. Login the AV chat with TM - 1
2. Choose any firm
3. Make sure any one of the member in that firm should be online
4. click on + bubble of that firm

Actual: Automatic collapse of the +bubble occurs only if there are online members present in the list.

Expectation: + bubble should not collapse until the user clicks on it.
