closedView Matter [Legal / General] - View Details - Document - Upload New: After uploading a document, the document name and description should be same.

Description
Steps:
1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Click on the Matter menu on the left side.
3. Select the Legal / General matter tab.
4. Click on the View tab.
5. Select any matter and click on the Actions button.
6. Click on View Details.
7. Go to the Document tab.
8. Click on Add New+.
9. Browse and upload documents, then click Next.
10. Go to the Edit Metadata tab.
11. Edit any of the documents.
12. The Description field is empty but should display the document name.

View details --> document --> Add new --> Upload new --> Upload new document, Change document name(Optional) Change the description and Upload new document, Revisit the same Matter, Description is not changed, It took Document name as Description
