Issue is applicable for Medical Condition, Allergies, Medications, Family Medical History, Immunization, Insurance

1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on Health
3. Click on Health Info

size, color, and placement of the "Back" button according to the design and the "My Health Info" text across all pages should involve
Heading "Profile" should be added as per design in each fields.
