This issue is applicable for Allergy, Medications, Family medical history, Immunization, Insurance
1. Login the VitaGist
2 Click on Health
3. Click on Health Info
4. Add the medical condition and save it
Actual: Delete button is missing. Unable to delete the added one
Expectation: User should allow to delete the medical condition. Delete button should appear.
