Description

1. Login the VitaGist
2 Click on Health
3. Click on Health Info
4. Add the Insurance and Immunization and save it
5. click on save in health info
6. Again reopen the same insurance /Immunization

Actual: The browse icon/field is missing, making it impossible to attach documents for immunization and insurance.

Expect: Browse icon/field should appear to attach the documents
