openVitaGist [v1.0.2] - Health Info - When the first, last, and middle names are updated in the edit profile, these changes should also be reflected on the My Health Info page and vice versa; they are not.

1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on settings
3. Click on Edit profile
4. Add the first name, Middle name and Last name
5. Click on save
6. Click on Health - Health Info
Added details [First and last name] should be reflected there, but they do not.
When the user revisits the details updated from Health Info, they should appear in the relevant field; however, they do not and the field is empty.
