View Matter - View Details [Documents] - Added tag is not showing up.

Description

1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on matters
3. Click on view matters - Legal / General
4. Click on View Details - Documents
5. Click on Add New
6. Click on Upload New
7. Browse the document and click on Next
8. Click on Add tag
9. Enter the tag type and tags
10. Click on save
11. Click on save & upload

Actual : In the selected list of documents, added tag is not present in the tag column

Expectation : Added tag should come out on tag column

Another issue: Tag column is missing in view matter - view Details [Documents]
