Description
1. Headings, Placeholder text 'Heath Issue" is missing and Strength, Units icons should be changed as per design
2. Strength Icon should change as per design. End date field is missing
3. color of Input line should change and drop down color should as per design
4. Done should display instead save
5. In Frequency page, Input lines are appearing twice, One line should be removed. and drop color should change as per design
6. Change Everyday to Daily as per design.
