Invoices - Create - All clients [Individual, Coffer, Content, DG Counsel, and Temporary clients] should be listed in the clients drop down except Lauditor clients.

Description
In old firm, Lauditor clients are listed out in clients drop down. They should not allow. They should be restricted.
In both new and old firm, DG Counsel client are not listed. But they should be allowed in the clients drop down
