openUpload / View Document : The matters name are getting duplicated.

Description
Steps:
1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Navigate to the "Matter" section on the left-hand side.
3. Select the "Legal / General matter" tab.
4. Click on the "Create" tab.
5. Enter the case title and case number, then click "Next". (Example: Matter1)
6. Choose the groups, client, team member, and documents, then click "Submit". (Example: Ashok - Client name)
7. Click on the "Create" tab again.
8. Repeat steps 5 and 6.
9. Go to the "Document" section on the left-hand side.
10. Click on the "View or Upload" tab.
11. Select the client. (Example: Ashok)
12. In the matter drop-down, duplicate matter names are appearing, which should not be allowed.

- Subject changed from Create Matter (Legal/General):- If the two Matter are created in same name, The matters name are getting duplicated four times in documents - view and upload sections to Upload / View Document : The matters name are getting duplicated.
