Health - Health Info [Medications] - When users revisit the frequency after saving, previously added details should still be there. But added details are removed.

Description

1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on Health
3. Click on Health Info
4. Click on Medications
5. Fill all the details in medications page
6. Click on frequency
7. Select Everyday
8. Select Start and end date
9. Select '4' as Dosage
10. Click on save
11. Again click on Frequency and check the details

Added details are removed.

When the user revisits the frequency after saving, all details that are added before should remains
