View Relationship - All Clients - Share Firm Documents : The application crashes when selecting the firm document.

Crends : Super User -  , Password : Test@123

Steps :

  • Log in to Lauditor.
  • Click on the Menu.
  • Click on Relationship.
  • Click on the View Relationship tab.
  • Click on the Corporate tab.
  • Select the client [Client Name: Perficient Technologist]
  • Click on More Details.
  • Click on the Share Document tab.
  • Click on Share.
  • Click on Firm Document Tab.
  • Select the document; the application is crashing.

Applicable for Individual / Business as well.

Crash is only happen of this "Perficient Technologist", we check and mostly update crash related variable and api access.

View Relationship - Corporate : After sharing the document, when revisiting the same clients and clicking on 'More Details,' an error message appears: 'Request Failed, try again / Contact support.'

Steps :

  • Log in to Lauditor.
  • Click on the Menu.
  • Click on Relationship.
  • Click on the View Relationship tab.
  • Click on the Corporate tab.
  • Select the client [Client Name: Perficient Technologist]
  • Click on More Details.
  • Click on the Share Document tab.
  • Click on Share.
  • Click on Firm Document Tab.
  • Select the document.
  • Click on Share.
  • Again Revisit the same client
  • Click on More details
  • An error message appears: 'Request Failed, try again / Contact support.'

Share was working get the shared document in list, error get from api. Check with api team.
