openCreate matter - Legal /General - Matter will not be created when all the fileds are given with long inputs, Instead of throwing error user is able to submit the matter, At the end matter will not be created.

Description
1. Login to Lauditor
2. Click on menu
3. Click on Matter
4. Click on Leagl/General matter tab
5. Click on create tab
6. Enter Matter information with all the long inputs in all the fields
7. Click on save
8.Select group and client
9. Save the matter
User will navigate to View page (Listing page) , But matter will not be created. When again user tries to create matter, Previous matter will still remain
