Documents - Landing page issue - Entered details will disapper after clicking on cancel while browsing document from photo library and document selecion pages. After clicking on cancel, it lands to document listing page

Description

1. Login to vitagist
2. Click on documents
3. Click on "+" button
4. select any document type
5. enter all the details
6. click on File
7. select Photo library or documents
8. Click on cancel
Page will land to document listing page instead of Document form page where all the details are filled
