openCreate Group - Group Name should be unique. But users are able to create groups with existing names. No error is displayed.

Description
1. Login to Lauditor
2. Click on Bottom menu
3. Click on Create Group
4. Enter the existing group name and enter the description
5. Click on save
Duplicate group is created successfully, No error is displayed.
Group Name should be unique.
