openDocument Upload :Client/Firm - When a user adds new tags and saves them. Existing added 'View Tag' appears when user clicks on 'Add Tag' tab. However, currently, 'View Tag' appears by default regardless of whether the user clicks on 'Add Tag' tab or not.

Steps:
- Login to Lauditor.
- Click on the Menu.
- Navigate to Documents.
- Select the Upload Tab.
- Choose either the Client or Firm Tab.
- Click on Browse.
- Access the Photo Library.
- Click on the Add Tag Tab.
- Select the document.
- Click on the Add Tag button.
- Enter the text in Tag Type and Tag fields.
- Click on the Add button.
- Click on Save button.
- Click on Add Tag.
- Added Existing ‘View Tag’ does not appear.
- The existing added 'View Tag' appears when the user clicks on the 'Add Tag' tab. However, currently, 'View Tag' appears by default regardless of whether the user clicks on the 'Add Tag' tab or not.
