openAdd Relationship : When the user clicks on the Individual or Entity tab, the Heading tab also changes to Individual or Entity, but it defaults to being highlighted on Add Relationship.

Steps:
- Login to Lauditor
- Click on Menu
- Click on Relationship
- Click on Add Relationship tab
- Click on Individual or Entity tab
- the Heading tab also changes to Individual or Entity, but it defaults to being Highlighted on Add Relationship.
[Same issue happening for View Relationship Tab].
