View Relationship [Individual - Shared By Us] : Unselect some documents and click on unshare and click on share , An error message appears “Alert request failed, try again/ contact support”.

Description

Firm Name : Staging Firm Tester
Lauditor
Crends : Super User - , Password : Test@123

Steps :
  • Login to Lauditor
  • Click on Menu
  • Click on Relationship
  • Click on View Relationship tab
  • Click on Individual tab
  • Select the client [Client Name : Vengadesh R]
  • Click on More Details
  • Click on Share Document tab
  • Click on Shared By Us tab
  • Unselect some documents and click on unshare and click on share , An error message appears “Alert request failed, try again/ contact support”.

This issues applicable for Business[ContentCoffer and Coffer Connect] and For Corporate - error message appear “Relationship not found”.
