openAudit Trails: Select any Category and use Advanced Search. the search is not working properly

Issues - 1
1.Go to Audit Trails
2.Select any Categories
3.Go to Advanced search
4.Select the date from and to date
5.In between date logs are not showing properly.
Issue -2
1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Audit trails
3. Select any category from the drop down
4. Apply the advance search [select time duration]
List of audits are filtered
5. Remove the advance search filter [uncheck the checkbox]
Expectation: The complete list related to the selected audit should be displayed, but it isn't appearing.
Actual: Only the filtered audits that are related to time duration are shown, and the user has to select a different category to bring the full list of audits.
