Notifications - If user creates or Cancels the meeting , Notifications are appearing multiple times in the notification modules.

Description
1.Click on Meetings.
2.Click on Create
3.Create a meeting with add 3 team members. [If three team members added, three notification are appear]
4.click on Save.
5.click on notifications. Three meetings notifications are appear but it should display only one notifications.
