openGroups [Actions] - Update Group Members List - AAM group - A member whose email address is registered should not be allowed to be removed from the group. But user is able to remove the registered email from the AAM group

1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Groups
3. Click on view groups
4. Select AAM group
5. Click on update group members list
Member whose email address is registered should not be allowed to remove. Delete button should be removed for initially added member.

Mentioned issue not fixed.
In Groups - Under View Groups
Click on Update Group members list under AAM Groups.
A registered admin should not be removed, but in AAM groups with multiple admins, they can currently be removed.
