Create Meetings [All types of events] - Once a team member, client, or document name is selected, the input box text should become non-editable

Description

1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Meetings
3. Click on create
4. Select any Event type
5. Fill the mandatory fields
6. Enter the team member name and remove it

Manual entry should be restricted in team members, Entity /Corporate and Documents fields

Drop down should be displayed instead of manual entry.
