closedMatter - Flow Issues - Bug #2896: View Details -When reopening a matter that was previously closed, the reopening action should be recorded in the timeline, but it is not currently being recorded.
View Matter [Legal/General] - View details [Timeline] : Once reopen the matter, the reopen time and date should appear on the view timelines, but they do not appear.

Click matter on left side.
Click on legal / general matters.
Click on view
Click on Actions
Click on Close Matters
Click on Ok button
Again Click on Reopen Matters
Click on Ok button
Click on View Details
Click on Timeline
The reopen time and date should appear on the view timelines but it doesnot appear.
