Edit meetings [All events] - Recurring popup should only appear when the repetition event is edited, but it is appearing for non-recurring event

Description
1. Click on meetings
2. Create any type of event without repetition and save the event
3. Click on view and select the same event
4. Click on Edit button
5. Edit any data
6. Click on save
Actual : when the user tries to edit the normal single event [non-recurring event], edit recurring popup appears.
Expectation : The popup should only appear when the user edits the repetition event

- Priority changed from Normal to High
- Subject changed from Edit meetings [All type of events] - If the user edits an event that does not repeat, 'Edit Recurring Event' popup will appear, but the popup should only appear when the user edits the repetition event to Edit meetings [All events] - Recurring popup (For selecting “This event”,” This and following event” and “All event”) will appear only when a non- recurring Event(Normal single event)event is edited, but is should not appear for the non- recurring event
- Subject changed from Edit meetings [All events] - Recurring popup (For selecting “This event”,” This and following event” and “All event”) will appear only when a non- recurring Event(Normal single event)event is edited, but is should not appear for the non- recurring event to Edit meetings [All events] - Recurring popup should only appear when the repetition event is edited, but it is appearing for non-recurring event
