openCreate Meetings [All types of events] - If an event starts at 23:45, the end time should be visible. But it is blank now

1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Meetings
3. Click on create
4. Select any Event type
5. Select the '23:45' as start time
Issue - 1 : End time field is empty. But it should be visible for the user.
Issue - 2 : If an event starts at 23:30, duration of the meeting should take 30 minutes, but it shows the end time 23:45 [15 minutes duration]
Issue - 3 : Once the start time 23:45 is selected, then whatever time is selected less than 23:45, end time is not visible. But it should be listed.
