Document Management - Upload Client / Firm - Edit Metadata issue

Description

Scenario 1:
Upload Client/Firm
Select the Client name , Select the Document
Click on Edit Metadata
Click on Edit
Remove the Document Name and Description
Click on Save
Error message should be display

Scenario 2:
Once upload the document
click on edit metadata
Expiration Date default taken today date

Scenario 3:
Change the expiration date
Click on save
Again check the expiration date today date only appears.

Scenario 4:
Once enter the text in Document Name and Description , Hint name should not appear but it appears
Change the Field Heading "Document Name " to " Expiration Date"

Same issue happened in View client - Edit metadata
