Bug #1258: Upload Client Documents / Upload Firm Documents --> browse document --> Click disable download --> Click upload --> View document --> In Group head account, file download button which is nearby action button should be disabled till click to select it.

Description
1. Login to Lauditor
2. Click on Documents
3. Click on upload client or firm
4. Click on Enable download
5. Select client and browse file
Even though enable download is selected, the download icon is now disabled
6. Click on Download icon
Download icon is now enabled. It should not change when the user clicks it
Another scenario
----------------
1. Login to Lauditor
2. Click on Documents
3. Click on Upload client or firm
4. select client or groups and browse file
5. Click on download icon that appears in selected file
Even though disable download is selected, the download icon is enabled. It should not change when the user clicks it
