Create Member (Add groups)/ Add- Remove Group access - Check boxes are not working as expected

Description

1. Create Members - Fill the all details - Select the groups[Civil Law] - Enter the text in search box[Civil Law]- Selected group is unchecked [Civil Law]
2. Create Members - Fill the all details - Select the groups[Family Law] - Enter the text in search box[immigration Law] - Whatever the seach is made, those goups are automatically checked . Erase the text in the search box, Group will be unchecked
Same issues under "Add/Remove" Group access
