Merge PDF Actions - When the user clicks on add short text, it should navigate to the top page.

Description
Login to Lauditor
Click on Documents
Click on View
Click on Client
Click on View-merged
Click on Action
Click on Add short text
1. It navigates to the bottom of the "add short text" page; it should navigate to the top page [This is not working in firefox browser only, It works in rest of the browsers]
2. Save button should be disabled without entering any value
3. When user clicks on add the button, cancel and save button moves
