1. Login the DG Counsel 
 2. Click on Matters - Internal matters 
 3. Click on Legal / General - create 
 4. Enter the mandatory fields in matter info 
 5. Add the groups [not necessary to add external counsels and TMs] 
 6. Select two documents in documents section 
 7. Click on save 
 8. Select the same matter in view matters 
 9. Click on view details 
 10. Click on documents 
 11. Open the drop down of documents field 

 Documents are getting duplicated in the list. They should not be duplicated.
