*This This issue applies to two individual clients from different firms as mentioned below. This same issue is working for other Individual clients belongs to the same firm.* firm. In this Firm *Staging Firm Tester Individual Client name: Vengadesh R* SU - cefabo2573@dixiser.com GH - fiban48678@mkurg.com TM - wewame3186@rdluxe.com In this Firm *British Bespoke Boutique* , *Client name: Neela Chinnappa* SU: bapaj51990@azduan.com GH: miwew84463@cmheia.com TM: tocalib477@darkse.com 1. Login to Lauditor with the above mentioned credentials 2. Click on Documents 3. Click on upload and client / Firm 4. Select the Individual client [Vengadesh R or Neela Chinnappa] 5. Upload few documents 6. Click on view Relationships 7. Click on exchange Information - share by us 8. Select the same documents to share 9. Documents are shared successfully with client 10. Again revisit the same documents for the same client *They still show up in the unshared section* *After sharing documents with the client and revisiting them, they still be listed in the unshared section.
