*Lauditor Information* *Groups* : Two Groups [Group A and Group B] *Client* : One business client[Apollo Healthcare] has two different cases [Matter A and Matter B] *Team member* : TM-A belongs to Group A and TM- B belongs to Group B *Access* : TM- A is part of Matter A and TM- B is part of Matter B *Document sharing from Coffer or Content to Lauditor* 1. Login the coffer connect or content coffer 2. Click on Relationships 3. Click on View Relationships 4. Click on Exchange Information - share by us 5. Select one document [named 'Doc- A] to share 6. In final page of sharing, select both matters 'Matter A and Matter B' from matters drop down 7. Click on share 8. Login the Lauditor with TM- A user 9. Click on Relationships 10. Click on Exchange Information - Share with us 11. Doc - A is listed there. 12. In Confidential row, Matter names are comma separated format. 'Matter B' should not be included in that list. included. But it appears. When sharing documents, if a team member isn't involved in a specific matter, like Team Member A not being part of Matter B, then Matter B shouldn't be included under the confidential row for that team member when they log in on Lauditor side.
