1. Change the button “ADD” to “Add”.
2. Text “Add” is missing in the title.
3. Save button should be disabled till changes are made.[Priority 2]
4. “*Document Viewer * ” title is missing as per design.
5. In “Confirmation popup" - Alignment issues and Missing text - Refer Image
6. Close button should display as per design.
