Bug #798: Groups - When Group icon is clicked , It will navigate to bottom page of the View Group - It should navigate to Top of the page - V3 - Web - Groups - Redmine

Tested in Chrome,Firefox and Edge 
 1. Login to Lauditor 
 2. Click on Groups 
 Page page will navigate to bottom page of the View Group    - It should navigate to Top of the page 

 -->Click Groups in Left side Menu 
  Page navigates to the View group page. 
 That should remain in the Create group page.
