1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on Health Module
3. Click on Medications
4. Enter random text in medical condition
5. Fill the remaining required fields
6. Click on save
7. Select the same medication
8. Click on edit
*Issue Observed* : text entered manually still appears when editing medications, which should not happen.
*Expectation* : only predefined options should be allowed.
Note: Applicable for all type of health records
