**Steps:** 1. Log in to Lauditor. 2. Click on the "Documents" tab on the left panel. 3. Select the "Upload" tab, then choose either the "Client" or "Firm" tab. 4. Fill in all the required details and click the "Browse" button to upload a file larger than 2 5 MB. [Ensure the "Encrypted" tab is selected]. 5. Click the "Upload" button. No success popup is shown, and no response is received, even though the file should be successfully uploaded. **Note:** The document appears when you click on "View" under the "Client" tab and select the client. **Note:** In the "View - Client/Firm" tab, when viewing the document, an empty screen appears instead of displaying the text. **Note:** This issue affects all user accounts, including "View - Client/Firm" and "View - Deleted" tabs.
