Description

Steps to Reproduce:

Send the client invitation and keep the status as Pending.
Delete the pending client - Direct Delete (without super user approval) from the LexiZ side.
Navigate to the client-side application. [VitaGist]
Check the relationships list for the deleted client.

Even after deleting the pending client directly (without super user approval) from the LexiZ side, the relationship continues to appear on the client side. Users are still able to accept the relationship despite it being deleted.
