Firm Profile (Practice Partner): When trying to delete the existing practice partner, clicking the delete icon does not respond

Steps:-
Steps:-
1.Login with lexiZ lawyers
2.Go to the Profile module
3.Click on Practice partner tab
4.Already added practice partner will appear
5.Try to delete an any one of the members
6.Click on delete icon, an confirmation alert will appear
7.Confirm the deletion,
8.Deleted members still appear on that page.
9.The deleted member shouldn't list on that page
