closedTimesheets(View):- When try to edit the Existing entries , the Task and status fields should be editable as per web

Steps:-
1.Login with LexiZ Lawyers
2.Go to the Timesheets module
3.Click on View Timesheets
4.Select any one of the existing entries
5.Click on Edit icon
6.There the tasks and status dropdown are not editable
