When a matter is created from the SU account and TM and GH are added, the associated entity clients are not listed in the GH account during event creation.

Description

  • Log in as an SU user.
  • Create a Matter.
  • Add TM and GH to the matter.
  • Add an Entity Client to the matter.
  • Log in to the GH account.
  • Navigate to the Calendar module.
  • Try to create an event for the matter.

Actual Result :

The Entity Client is not listed/visible in the GH account during event creation.

Expected Result :

The Entity Client should be listed and selectable in the GH account while creating the event.
