Relationship(Add):- When an individual client is in pending status, sending a duplicate request is not allowed for any user type.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with LexiZ Lawyers
2.Go to the Relationships module
3.Click on Add relationships
4.Select the Individual tab
5.Search and find the existing Individual (Status Pending)
6.Select and Click on send request button
7.There is no warning will appear
8.The request sent successfully
9.The requests are duplicated on view page
