Relationship(Add):- After selecting the entity client, on the phone number fields show the invalid masked text

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with LexiZ Lawyers
2.Go to the relationships module
3.Click on add relationship
4.Select the Entity client
5.Search the client and select it
6.On the phone number fields shows the invalid text
7.it should be restricted and phone number should appear on that fields
