Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to Add Relationships → Individual.
- Enter a client name that already exists.
- Observe that the Request form opens.
- Note that the client name still remains in the search bar.
- Click on the search field or search again.
Observe that the Invitation/Request form opens again instead of the search being cleared or reset.
