Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Ensure a relationship is in Pending status.
- Delete the pending relationship.
- Attempt to send a relationship request again to the same client.
- Observe that no confirmation is requested from the user.
A success popup appears with the message “Relationship activated successfully.”
Note that the relationship is not actually activated here; a new request is being sent.
It should ask confirmation and Success popup should follow web
