Group Head account: Although clients are listed under Relationships, the Clients dropdown does not appear in the Documents → Upload New and view screen.

Steps to Reproduce:

Log in using a Group Head account.
Ensure clients are already listed under Relationships.
Navigate to the Documents module.
Click on Upload New.

Observe that the Clients dropdown is not displayed, even though relationships exist. [same account in web and iOS, clients are listed in client drop down]
