openAdd relationships - Auto-populated client list persists when switching from Entity/Corporate to Individual tab

Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to Add Relationships.
- Select the Entity / Corporate tab.
- Search for any client or enter random text in search bar
- Observe that a “Found” / "not found" alert/message appears and the client list is auto-populated.
- Switch to the Individual tab.
Observe that the previously auto-populated client list is still displayed instead of being cleared.
