Document (Upload - Client): The entity and corporate client names are not appearing in the client dropdown.

Steps:-
1.Login with LexiZ
2.Go to the Email module
3.Select the account provider
4.choose the email account
5.Go to inbox, select any attachment and click it
6.The upload window will open
7.Select the Client radio button
8.The Client dropdown will open
9.On the Client dropdown doesn't appear the Entity and Corporate Client name
10.All the client name should appear on that dropdown
