Document (Upload): After removing the matter name, the matter dropdown becomes blank. It should display all the matter names.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with LexiZ
2.Go to the Email module
3.Select the account provider
4.choose the email account
5.Go to inbox, select any attachment and click it
6.The upload window will open
7.Select the Matter dropdown
8.Choose any one of the Matter
9.Remove the Matter from the dropdown
10.Again click on Matter dropdown
11.There empty dropdown will open
12.All the matter name should be retained.
