Description
1. Login to LexiZ
2. Click on Menu
3. Click on Relationship
4. Click on "Add Relationship"
5. Click on "Individual" tab
6. Type Individual name
Issue 1: Search suggestion is not working
7. Click on Search ,Then the suggestion list comes
8. Select any client and click on search button
Issue 2: After selecting the client and click search, all fields become empty
