Description
1. Login the LexiZ from TM / GH
2. Click on Relationships
3. View Relationships - Content / Coffer / DGC
3. Try to delete the pending clients
Issue Observed : Even though the pending relationships deleted by GH / TM are not removed from view Relationships, still appears in the list.
Expectation : pending relationship should be removed immediately and deleted directly without requiring Super User (SU) approval.
